Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are issued for orders placed with The Decor View. It works alongside our Return Policy.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned product, your refund is processed within 48 hours. After processing, please allow your bank or payment provider additional time (typically 5–7 business days) for the amount to reflect in your account.

Eligibility

• A valid return must first be requested within 24 hours of delivery (see our Return Policy).
• The returned item must reach us unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all fittings.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What Is Refunded

The product price is refunded in full for eligible returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will refund the full amount (including shipping) or send a replacement once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue.
