Products

We design our range in-house and have it hand-made by artisan workshops we work with directly in Delhi. Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, grain and finish are natural and are not defects. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately but cannot guarantee that your device shows them precisely. Sizes listed are approximate; please confirm measurements before drilling or fitting.

Pricing and payment

All prices on this website are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. This applies to every destination we ship to, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates: orders placed from outside India are also charged in INR, and your bank applies its own conversion rate on the day of the transaction. No currency conversion is displayed on this site; the amount you see is the amount you are charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Import duties and customs

For orders delivered outside India, any import duties, customs charges or local taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy: returns may be requested within 2 days of delivery on unused, unfitted items, and approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of us receiving the item. Please review both before ordering.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, is the property of The Decor View or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our cabinet hardware is intended for normal residential use and must be installed correctly; we are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or misuse.
