At The Decor View we want you to love your cabinet hardware. If something isn't right, we accept returns under the terms below.

24-Hour Return Window

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all fittings and bolts included.

How to Request a Return

Email us at subhashh1997@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a short description (and photos, where possible) of the item you wish to return. Our team will confirm the return and share the return address and next steps.

Conditions

• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Made-to-order, customised or clearance items may not be eligible unless faulty.
• Return shipping arrangements will be confirmed when your request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, any applicable refund is processed in line with our Refund Policy.
