Return and Refund Policy

At The Decor View we want you to be completely happy with your handcrafted cabinet hardware. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unfitted items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible, please request your return within 2 days of delivery by contacting us with your order number. Because our hardware is fitted to furniture, items that have been installed, drilled, used or altered cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping in full.

Non-returnable items

Used, installed, or custom / made-to-order items, and items returned without prior authorisation, are not eligible for a refund.

Orders delivered outside India

The same terms apply to orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates: please request your return within 2 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can confirm the correct return address. All orders on this site are charged in Indian Rupees (INR), and refunds are issued in INR to the original payment method; your bank applies its own conversion rate on the day the refund is processed. Import duties or customs charges paid to the destination country are not refundable by us.
