Who makes your hardware?

We design our range in-house and have it hand-made by artisan workshops we work with directly in Delhi, then pack and dispatch every order ourselves.

What are your shipping charges and delivery times?

Within India, shipping is free on orders over ₹499 and a flat ₹50 applies below that. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–5 business days. We also ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates; a flat international shipping charge is shown at checkout and delivery typically takes 4–12 business days depending on destination and customs.

What currency am I charged in?

Every order on this site, including international orders, is shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). If your card is held in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate on the day of the transaction.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 2 days of delivery for unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Items that have been installed, drilled, used or altered cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.

How quickly are refunds processed?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 48 hours to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional business days to show the amount.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping in full.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
