Shipping Policy

All prices and shipping charges on this site are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR), and every order is charged in INR at checkout, including orders delivered outside India.

India

Free shipping on all orders over ₹499. For orders under ₹499 a flat charge of ₹50 applies. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and most arrive within 4–5 business days. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.

International

We also ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. International orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–12 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. A flat international shipping charge applies and is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown.

International orders are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). If your card or bank account is held in another currency, your bank will convert the amount at its own rate on the day of the transaction.

Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details are shared by email so you can follow your order to your door.

Delays

Occasionally couriers experience delays due to weather, festivals, customs or regional disruptions. If your order seems delayed, email thedecorviewofficial@gmail.com and we will help track it down.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
